Three best Nigerian swallow foods to consider this weekend
- Iyan (Pounded Yam) is well known and cherished in some parts of Nigerian, most especially the people from Ondo, Ijesha (Osun), and Benue states. The Yoruba people call it Iyan.
- Eba/Garri (Cassava Flour) is a popular food and it is welcomed in every home in Nigeria. It is one of the easiest foods to make and it is prepared with hot water. Eba is served with almost all Nigerian soups, but the Ijebu people prefer eating it with Ikokore.
- Fufu. This is a very popular dish among the Igbo people and it goes very well with vegetable, banga, oha and ogbono soups. Fufu is prepared from fermented cassava.
