The governor of Plateau State Simon Bako Lalong has awarded Scholarship to Miss Sylvia Ulan Mathew who got A1 in all her 9 subjects in the just concluded West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) result.
Sylvia hails from Bokkos LGA of Plateau State; she was a student of Premiere Academy, Lugbe Abuja. It has been gathered that Sylvia has a history of breaking records, having emerged overall best at the National Common Entrance Examinations, which earned her a scholarship by the Shell Petroleum.
Ms Sylvia was given a Scholarship to any University of Her Choice.
